We had an amazing stay at Elia! the hotel is new and has cozy and modern decorations. Everything worked perfectly, from the AC to the coffee machine. It's nestled on a lovely street with charming restaurants, yet it's not noisy. Although there is no reception, the staff at the sister hotel just around the corner were always there to assist us. After a long day of traveling, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the overall experience in Chania was beautiful.
All was good! ✨

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and just a couple of minutes walk from the Venetian harbour. Guests can easily explore the charming streets, dine in the many nearby restaurants close to the sea, and enjoy the beauty of the Old Venetian Harbour.
The lack of curtains in the room means there is no privacy and can be quite inconvenient.

This room was so comfy and cozy, with a seating area where I could relax after a tiring day. I loved that the room had a TV with satellite channels, so I could catch up on my favorite shows. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver in the hot weather, keeping me cool and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing, with a luxurious shower that had rainfall showerheads. The bathrobes and slippers provided added a touch of luxury. The room had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, wireless internet, a TV, safe, fridge. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottled water in the room, a thoughtful touch.
Personally, the spa bath in the double room was not really my thing, but I can see how others might enjoy it.
